Does neutrogena mineral sheers powder foundation work as well as bare minerals powder foundation?

I definitely liked the Neutrogena more than the Bare Minerals because the latter was cakey and shiny on me while the Neutrogena looked pretty natural.Does neutrogena mineral sheers powder foundation work as well as bare minerals powder foundation?

I really like it and it works just as well for me. However, finding the right shade is tricky because they don't have as many options. I was using the Loreal mineral make up until I discovered it had talk on it. Neutrogena does not therefore its better. Also...if you want...try:

They are cheaper than bare minerals but still very good.
eh, not much coverage from mineral sheers. I dont like bare minerals though, its too shimmery.
