Any responeses to bare minerals or sheer cover foundations?

I'm curious what non paid users will say about their experiences. I just want to know if it really works better that a normal powder compact from the drug store or even the ';mineral'; products now available in stores? Is it worth it?Any responeses to bare minerals or sheer cover foundations?

They both have bismuth oxychloride in them and made me itch like crazy!! Does that to a lot of ppl from what I've heard.


Plus the bismuth is a large particle size and has to be buffed, buffed, buffed in order to get the effect (glow). This is irritating to a lot of skin, and enlarges your pores!





Their are alternatives to bismuth that will give you that nice glow, like boron nitride. That's what LA Minerals uses. I absolutely LOVE their products. No itch, no talc, no parabens. Inexpensive and they have samples too that they ship for free, so you can try it first.
in my opinion its not worth it. it made my pores look HUGE. i guess it all depends on your skin. but by the time you know, its too late. i did like the brushes though.
I used bare minerals for a while..it works pretty good..and it does make you face look nice with a glowing touch..I recommend it..but now I use a MAC powder foundation it covers my rosy cheeks more :)
