How well does sheer mineral foundation cover? do you still need regular foundation with it?

I have found good coverage with sheer minerals. If you don't get the coverage you want with the first application, put on another layer. You don't need another foundation, it is not a POWDER as in a powder over foundation- it is a FOUNDATION POWDER. Some mineral makeup has a glow to it, I don't like those. Sheer minerals has a little of that- but not as much as some.How well does sheer mineral foundation cover? do you still need regular foundation with it?
If you are talking about stuff like Bare Minerals, I love it. It is fantastic, been using it for years now and get so many compliments on my skin. People younger than me think I am younger than them, and ask if I even wear make-up. No, you don't need a reg foundation with it.
