Summer is here, I need a sheer foundation? any ideas?

Since summer is here, makeup melts off fast, so I was wondering if anone knew a good sheer foundatioln that will stay on and cover up my face. I am looking for on ei could buy at a drugstore. And if it has to be Sephora, but keep it cheap if its from there

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer (it comes in like a cylinder thing) is AMAZING and really light. it's a tinted moisturizer, and i love it...
Rimmel makes a nice sheer coverage foundation. It's actually oil absorbance and if you have nearly flawless skin it would work great for you to try rimmel products for your face. It's supppperrr cheap too!
