makeup forever HD is amazing- you won't even be able to tell you have pores when you wear the liquid/finishing powder combo....
although you said you don't like liquid, i would recommend it for your dry skin because powder will look flakey/cakey if it gets too dry.

bare minerals and maybelline pure makeup (it's made with water so it's pretty light)
i have an olive complexion and i love both of these!
I use foundation from a company called Stilla. You can get it at Ulta or Sephora, It goes on lightly but evens my skin tone perfectly and doesn't make you look oily or break out ! (:
u need to pick a color that's 2 tones darker than your skin tone, that way it would blend more.
