Foundation or blush?

I don't like wearing make-up, but when my newborn has kept me up all night i'll accept eye liner and mascara with open arms lol.

Thing is though, my face looks like a sesame bun, i have so many freckles and it's more noticable now that the heat has soared!

I hate it, and have tried two cream foundations to conceal my freckled skin but it looks stupid. I tried a bronzing powder but i have fair skin so it too looked stupid.

What blush would you reccommend to gently conceal freckles and blemishes but doesn't look like i'm two toned or over doing it.

I prefer natural colors, no reds or pinks or anything like that, just natural shades. And with pale skin and green eyes, what color eyeliner would you reccommend?

I gave up using make-up because i was pregnant for 4 years straight but i'm trying to regain that femininity i once had and look more like the young mother i am rather than someone who just let themself go (face wise)

Thank youFoundation or blush?
Yes i can understand what post pregnancy cost to our skin but As a good suggestion i will tell u remedy for freckles tried and tested Buttermilk applied daily helps lighten freckles keep it on face for 15-20 mints and wash of When going out apply foundation as this is best to hide spots For blush on go for deeper ink and bronze mix for eye liner go for brown as it wont give a loud look and as well define ur eye line

Oh and plz dont get too focused on pregnancy and kid and mother this is all colourful stages of life enjoy it grace it ur happiness will make u look glowing even if u r tried i too have two kids i understand the changes occur but they r not for ever u can look much greater even before just be positive and give time for urself tooFoundation or blush?
www.perfectearthminerals.com is my personal website. This is my line of cosmetics. Mineral makeup is definately the way to go. It looks so natural. Do some research if you like. Good luck!
Try bare minerals or like drugstore brand they are very easy to apply(%26amp; fast), won't smudge or smear, I reccommend a light peachy blush, my niece has the same skin %26amp; freckles %26amp; she hates them and tries to cover them but they really are very pretty %26amp; def in style right now! I reccommend a plum or grey/silver eyeliner. :)
Firstly i would apply a concelar, then i would apply foundation i use 'dream mat mouse' i love it, it blends really well into the skin and covers most things up like freckles as i have lots of them as well :P Then afterwards i apply a powder. After all that all of my freckles are gone and i have a face that looks like it has no spots!

good luck !!

xx

First off, blush isn't intended to conceal anything. It can be used to contour or make you appear healthy. Foundation is used for that, and concealer is more for acne or under your eyes etc.... Find a good foundation wither it be mineral powder, or a tinted moisturizer with powder on top, or a nice light weight foundation that blends well. You have to put effort into looking nice but it really isn't that hard. Bronzer is a good choice and maybe some peach, or terracotta color for a nice flush. Almost makeup by Clinique is a no brainer for foundation. Also Bare Minerals powders are popular. Nars Orgasm blush looks good on most. Paula Dorf's Candy Apple blush looks healthy and good on everyone. Good Luck.
I would reccommend Estee Lauder Blushing Natural Cheek Color.
If you want light coverage that looks natural, try a tinted moisturizer. Basically a tinted moisturizer is like a foundation and moisturizer blended together so it doesn't go on too heavy at all. It sounds like you would need a fairlly light tinted moisturizer in an ivory but if you go to a makup counter, someone will be able to help you select the right colour. I prefer neutral eyelines such as brown or grey because it looks more natural.
freckles shouldnt be completely covered up, that would take a massive amount of makeup, and maintainance throughout the day, sheer makeup, like MAC sheer pressed powder, and their concealer stick, would be perfect for you, go to a MAC counter, and have them experiment different looks on you, good luck!
