Does anyone know of a makeup that works both as a foundation and blush?

Yes. Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation gives you a natural peach glow for your complexion. So your whole face is glowing a natural peach aura. In fact, it has been hailed by beauty experts and prestigious makeup artists as a blow-your-mind makeup, because according to them, it should cost so much more than it does cost, cinsidering the benefits one can enjoy from it!Does anyone know of a makeup that works both as a foundation and blush?
You need to understand the purpose of each, which is quite different. A foundation should be as close to your natural skin color as possible. A blush is a pinkish color that you apply to your cheekbones! Neither one can stand in for the other without looking completely ridiculous.Does anyone know of a makeup that works both as a foundation and blush?
bare minerals has one
It doesn't make sense to me too, coz blusher by nature is pinkish tone, you wouldn't want that as a foundation. Your best bet is to use a tinted moisturiser or liquid foundation and a powder blush. OR, you could buy a travel compact that has everything in it - eg. Lancome has one of those, with foundation, blusher, lip color, eye shadow, etc in a compact.
No, but that doesn't make sense. it would have to be a red color and you wouldn't want to be red all over your face.
if you use a tinted moisturizer to moisten your skin then use blush, it would be quick and your face wouldn't be ';red all over';! Hope you find what you need! MayMay
I personal think the best makeup for foundation %26amp; blush is Mary K. That is the best for me %26amp; every one I know. It stays for 24hours.

Best blush/foundation for pale skin?

i already have ';wetnwild'; by ultimate touch, but i want something else, this stuff isn't that good for my face.

any opinions on the best blush/foundation?Best blush/foundation for pale skin?
use colorstay foundation by revlon. i'm ivory. it's great. and lasts all day.

and there is dry/normal

and

oily/combination

foundations.

so there is one for every skin type.Best blush/foundation for pale skin?
It really would be easier to suggest things if we knew exactly what type of ';pale'; we are talking about here. Also what price range of make-up you are looking for. Which from your mention about wet n wild I am going to assume you want something affordable..

See there are all sorts of pale..and some girls definition of pale isn't even pale at all.

For me I am a true ivory, I'm the type of ivory that the lightest shades are often to dark for. ';Porceline'; skin it is sometimes referred as.

So for me, I use a few different products that give me the results I want..

Firstly, Maybelline purestay powder foundation. Gives you a nice matte finish, is long wearing and the lightest shade is a nice match for my skintone.

But lets say you don't like powder foundation. So for my days when I want fuller coverage or what not I turn to Revlon Custom Creations in light/fair. It has a five shade dial you can turn it to. And goes on like silk..I top it with Cover Girl Tru Blend pressed mineral foundation in light..looks very airbrushed and pretty when mixed together..

As for blush my absolute must have blush is cover girl cheekers in pretty peach..very natural looking, buildable color that is beautiful on pale skin tones..

=]
How pale are we talking? ;) Seriously, there are different variations on that word; but I would recommend MAC or Dior, because they have very, VERY light shades.

For blush, something as simple as a Covergirl ';Cheekers'; blush would work. Peach shades work well if you have pink undertones, and go for the reds if you have yellow undertones.
Im pretty pale and I use dream matte mousse foundation in nude.

It works well for my skin too as i have dry and sensitive skin and makes your skin look even and fresh without lookin like youve packed too much on.

Also if you're using the right colour you won't get lines as it blends in really nicely
you can check out this color that I use from Mary Kay called ';pink petals';

well i dnt know if your asking for expensive make up. but if your not u should try covergirl Trublend. if you say that ur face is white go with a natural color like 110 foundation same 112 and blush mis=x it up with some pinkish color 430.

i think i would work but if not just and opinion.
I used to use crap cheap foundation. then i changed to ELIZEBETH ARDEN INTERVENE.. which was really good. then now im used ESTEE LAUDER DOUBLE WEAR..and it gives a natural look and covers up spots really well! plus stays on for over 12 hours.
nope im black

Can you use a blush brush as a foundation brush?

i want to get this travel kit thingy and like they have 5 brushes. one of them is a blush brush and i think it's perfect for a foundation brush since i do'nt use blush. do you think it's okay? Can you use a blush brush as a foundation brush?
I'm assuming you're using a powder foundation so yes that would work; but for more coverage you should use a short bristled, tightly packed brush(called a kabuki, blunt brush, or powder buff). If it's not a powder foundation you're using you're just going to end up with a big mess. Can you use a blush brush as a foundation brush?
If the blush brush is made of synthetic bristles, it could be used for liquid foundation (Is it liq. foundation you use?). But normally you need a stiffer brush for applying foundation, blush brushes tend to be a little too soft for that. Get yourself a kabuki brush if you want a multitasker. They are densely packed brushes with just the right amount of stiffness. You can apply powder, bronzer, blush everything with it.
If it looks like a foundation brush, acts like a foundation brush and conducts itself like a foundation brush, then it is, indeed, a foundation brush.

This is not exactly an earth-shattering question, but if it is important to you, then it's important to me. You go, gal!
of course. It works and ur not going to use it anyway y not use it?
yah..thats wat i do..cuz i absolutely hate blush..
You can but i'm a makeup artist and have noticed that can cause your foundation to not be as smooth, it may look blotchy almost...just use a foundation brush, you can find them almost anywhere. CVS and other pharmacies have cheap efficient brands, if you really want a nice one I recommend getting one from Estee Lauder or Sephora.
Yea you don't have to use a kabuki it just might not come out as good. Good luck!
Definatly! Alot of my friends do that, and thier i nothing wrong with it. But, If it is a very thick bulky blush brush.. does use! You want a flatter smoother brush!
Ew no! Never!
Yup. I use an eyeshadow brush to apply lipstick and a foundation brush to apply bronzer, and my makeup looks great! Go for it! ^_^
i do think its a o k!! i use a blush brush for a foundation brush it works great i don't use blush either try it if you don't like it you can always wash it off and try a foundation brush see which one works the best for you i hope this helps you i like to try different things as long as it isnt bad for me if it doesnt work i dont use it again caring for you joyce

Is it ok that i wear foundation, powder, and blush to school? im only in 6th grade?
yeah definitely. :)

as long as you don't cake it on loll

:)

yeah.. dont cakeit on.. dude i am in 7th grade and i wear eyeliner, foundation, powder, eyeshadow, mascara, blush.. so yeah but i dont look fake.. lol have fun and be creative
yeahhh, why not?
I'd say just get a concealer to cover your spots and only use that. You're young and you can get away with having a face that can breathe without makeup. enjoy it while it lasts :)
Yes just don't cake it on.

and i think your ';little spots'; are ethier freckles, or pimples.

if they are pimples, then please wash your face.

someone help me with my question?

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>
Yeah I guess so as long as your wearing it to actually cover spots and not because your uncomfortable in your own skin

remember makeup just enhances your beauty

hmmmm

idk. two of my friends started wearing make up %26amp; evn tho it made their eyes pop out it looked bad. i guess you can as long as you use colors tht blend in 2 ur natural skin color. dont use super dark eyeliner either. if you rly wana wear mascarra to thn buy differnt types. use like a skin color one or a brown one. two mutch dark make up will make u look emo.

hope i helped! =]

p.s.

sometimes if u wear to mutch make up it can clog up your pores %26amp; give you acne. b sure 2 wask your face evry night 2 get rid of all the stuff!!
its ok i wear eyeliner, blush, and lipgloss

im year 9
No way! you're only in the 6th grade!!! if you keep using all that make-up you're gonna have horrible acne by the time you're in the 8th grade, plus you probably don't even need it, you're WAY too young! Maybe just stick with the lip gloss. I know, thumbs down, but thats what i think.
You are too young to wear all that makeup. I would think you're parents would have something to say about that.
Yes, that's totally fine. Also you said it's Clinique? I love their face powder - so nice.

As long as you don't go crazy with your makeup, you're fine. Keep being natural %26amp; cute! :)
youre going to have terrible skin when you get older!

try not to use so many different things

i tend to wear a lot of makeup, but mostly eye makeup, i try my best to stay away from a lot of face makeup,

up until now, i have only worn cover up and i just started to wear powder ( i am a sophomore in highschool) cause i never needed it really before, i have had pretty good skin.

so i think you should just stick with cover up (like concealor on some spots) cause you dont need all of that on your face

!

and clinique isnt that great, i find it to be really heavy. and it claims it is all natural but it has talc in it which most powders have but its not good for your skin.

try bareminerals.

hope this helped.
Instead of foundation, maybe just use a little concealer and some loose powder. Or the mineral foundations might be good for you. I just think caking on foundation every day at your age could give you a lot more breakouts than is necessary. (which will lead, of course, to caking on more foundation to cover blemishes)

Dream mousse by maybelline eye shadow, foundation, blush, bronzer?

do these clog pores or cause acne?Dream mousse by maybelline eye shadow, foundation, blush, bronzer?
omg YES!

dont use it please dont.

It clogged my pores and i had acne for months before it went away and i had to go to the dermatologist for special medicine.Dream mousse by maybelline eye shadow, foundation, blush, bronzer?
i have tried the foundation and its good but it makes ur skin look v flaky and dry even if uve moisturised well so i avoid it.

the blush however i would reccommend - i wouldnt worry about it clogging ur pores
yeah the foundation do..but not the blush or eyeshadow

Foundation and Blush for Light Skin, with freckles.?

I have light skin and lots of freckles. They arent ugly, i like them, but when i put on foundation, it kind of blocks them out, but not fully, so i like unnatural. The same thing happens with blush.Foundation and Blush for Light Skin, with freckles.?
I love Bare Minerals, it never blocks out my freckles :) (I've got the palest skin of anyone I know and freckles too) if you want all over coverage.

Or, you can just use a little cream foundation (Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse works well) that matches your skin exactly just to cover spots or redness. Then set your makeup on those places with a little translucent powder, and let your skin show through everywhere else.

As for blush, L'Oreal True Match Super-blendable blush works well, won't block out freckles--but whatever you choose, get it in a pale pink, anything with brown in it makes pale faces look dirty.

Good luck!Foundation and Blush for Light Skin, with freckles.?
Try Bare Naturale by Loreal, it's just like bare minerals except it's a lot less expensive and you can get it anywhere. It covers great but it doesnt feel like you have tons of makeup on. And I would suggest anykind of powder blush to use after you put on your foundation. Hope that helped!
Next time you might want to try pressed powder.

It works for me(:

And you should use a light pink or peachy blush.

I have light skin too.

  • Who makes your favorite make-up? I need new blush, foundation, lipstick and mascara from Wallgreens.?

I'm an American living abroad. Haven't been to US in 5 years and my mom is coming for a visit in a few weeks. I want her to bring over some good make-up for me. I don't know what's good these days. I'm ordering everything from Wallgreens.com. Can you reccomend your favorite Lipstick, Blush, face scrub, foundation, mascara? THANK YOU SO MUCH!Who makes your favorite make-up? I need new blush, foundation, lipstick and mascara from Wallgreens.?
I would say Stila. I love all of their stuff, and there eyeshadow and blush kits really last a long time. They have everything. They are more expensive than covergirl, but it's worth the little extra cost.Who makes your favorite make-up? I need new blush, foundation, lipstick and mascara from Wallgreens.?
    M.A.C,cover girl,sally hasen%26lt;3
I like Mary Kay foundation because it looks very natural..(it's hard to tell I'm wearng foundation just flawless skin!)

Face scurb I'll recommend (St.ives apricot Scrub (it takes out all the dead skin cell)

    Mascara---(Loreal voluminous mascara)...It does wonders!

My favorite lipstick is (Cover girl outlasting Color gives you beautiful color that is super long lasting so you don't need to worry about touch-ups. Also includes a moisturizing topcoat to keep lips soft and moist and for added shine throughout the day) It last up to 8 hours!!!!!!
If you can afford it, I would say Clinique.
if you want great makeup , at a good price , try Mary Kay
    Rimmel, and Revlon
oh honey, use dutch boy paints!!! i look fab!!!!
my blush, foundation and mascara is from cover girl, my lipstick is l'oreal and oil of olay for my face wash
Since I do not know your coloring I am going with neutrals that go together and look good on just about anyone.

Revlon Colorstay foundation with soft flex seams to be the best drugstore foundation out there right now. Covers nice, stays fresh, natural colors, and lasts all day.

Covergirl mascara is great, especially the professional all in one smudge proof mascara.

Maybelline New York blush in twin peach. This is a pair of natural looking colors that will look great on anyone.

    Rimmel Jelly Lipgloss in Juicy

Jane Lipkick Lipstick in Peach Perfect

Arissa Eyeshadow quad in Bronzed beauty

    St Ives Apricot Scrub

    Hope this helps
If you are ordering from Wal-Greens, I would recommend Covergirl lipstick, blush, and foundation. For lips, I love CG's Wetslicks lip glosses. I think that they're much more ';younger'; than lipstick. CG's Classic Color blushes are great for cheeks. The CG Clean Make-Up foundations are awesome too. I like Maybelline for mascara. Their XXL Volume + Length Mascara really extends and enhances eyelashes. I recommend not getting the waterproof kind because it takes forever to clean off at the end of the day. It's like glue or something! As for face scrub, Clean %26amp; Clear Sensitive Skin Foaming Facial Cleanser is probably the best facial scrub I've ever used. P.S. All of these products are pretty inexpensive too!
I like MAC but if it's from wallgreens NYC has some of the best gloss and pretty shimmery eye shadows... blush i would go with loreal touch on color its sheer and very pretty
