Those are two very different things. If you have totally flawless skin then foundation isn't needed, and just a tiny bit of blush should be used. Foundation is for evening out skin tone, controlling oiliness, etc. Blush is for, well, making your cheeks pink.Blush or foundation?

I think if you have wonderful skin a primer for starters, then a bronzer to give you that summer glow...foundation will only make you look matte and old
Foundation, because it can cover all the blemishes..blush..ehhh some people don't put it on right so it looks like they were smacked in the face 254356545 times lol

Foundation, because it will cover my flaws, while blush just adds color to my cheeks which already have a natural blush to them (so it's kinda pointless to use blush).
