at ur age I would suggest lipstick %26amp; mascara, because... the chemicals in makeup alter ur chemistry. I would suggest a really good cleanser %26amp; toner at least twice a day. keeping ur skin in good condition instead of weighing it down so early. you will be pleased u did this when your 32-40Im 13, would you rather wear Concealer, eyeliner, mascara or concealer, Foundation, Blush mascara? ?
when i was thirteen the only makeup i wore was mascara and eyeliner. i like eyeliner because it doesn't look like you are wearing a lot of makeup but it makes your eyes pop and it looks great. definitely don't wear foundation or blush or concealer until you're a few years older.
well if your only 13, then you dont want to over due the make up.


you should just wear some mascara and a little bit of eyeliner and concealer. 13 is a little toooo young to be wearing alllll the make up you see stars and high schoolers wear.
if you have to choose just one or two go with mascara and eyeliner .


you dont need all that face stuff unless you get zits or if your going out . on younger girls it looks cakey and cheap . even now , i only wear liner and mascara most days .
concealer and foundation if you need it, but if you dont it will be too much. I would suggest the concealer, eyeliner, and mascara, although blush can be a nice touch as well.
pressed powder concealer, liquid eyeliner for top, kohl liner for bottom, mascara. mascara is a must!

You should only use mascara and chapstick. Wash your face daily to avoid breakouts. Dont be anxious to grow up.

I think a good eye liner is always an easy way to perk up a look.
