concealer makes everything even [hides blemishes and stuff] foundation makes everything smooth [like perfect skin] and takes shine away...blush adds color
a concealer is used under your eyes for bags and dark circles. foundation is applied on the entire face or where ever you need it and blush is brushed on the cheeks. go to a makeup counter like in macy's to find out which colors are good for your skin type.

You do not put concealer all over your face only in the problem areas where there are markings. and blush just gives your face some color, depending on your skin tone.
Use them all! You put a concealer on to hide real trouble spots. You put foundation on everywhere to smoothen your look. Lastly, you put a little blush on your cheeks to make the look natural looking.
