I tend to like to mix and match with my brands. Even if you're low on cash there are still plenty of great drugstore options.
Foundation: Revlon Colorstay or Rimmel's Lasting Finish. When I'm low on coin I tend to go for Rimmel's Lasting Finish. It's incredibly long lasting, gives great coverage and best of all its like $7.
Concealer: Rimmel's Hide the Blemish, NYX's Concealer in a Jar, Rimmel's Recover. Depending on what you are looking for your concealer to do, any of these would be good. Rimmel's Recover concealer is a liquid that is great for covering up dark circles. For blemishes and other slight imperfections opt for Hide the Blemish or NYX's concealer in a jar.
Blush: Jane. I love Jane blushes, especially their mineral pillow blushes. Soft, finely milled blushes at a fraction of the price of a MAC blush.
Mascara: Mascara can be a tricky thing to recommend. We all want different things in a mascara. For volume I would recommend CoverGirl Lash Blast, Prestige's My Biggest Lashes, Maybelline Define a Lash in Volume, NYX Doll Eyes in Volume. If you're more into definition and length CoverGirl's LashExact is great, as is Maybelline's Lash Stiletto.Best drugstore foundation, concealer, blush and mascara?
