thanksSheer cover and Bare minerals vs Mineral foundations from the stores?
I use Bare Minerals which i love, and recently bought a mineral foundation from wal-mart just to try it, and although it works, you also have to use twice as much and don't get the same results you get from Bare Minerals. it's true that they are very cheap but they are also knock off, of course they are better than other makeup you buy at a drugstore but by no means are they better than the actual BM or SC, i'd stick to the one you are using, if you love it then there's no need to change to one that will only leave you disappointed.

If you like Sheer Cover and want to save money give a few on line mineral companies a look. A few very good ones that I've tried and they all offer samples to start off with:
Earthen Glow Minerals - Their Cover Me foundation is excellent
Joppa - Their full coverage foundation is very good
Cory's - They have 2 foundtion formulas but I've only tried the Mica free version and it is very good.
You can't go wrong ordering samples and then full sizes from any of these companies. Shipping is very low and in the long run your money will go further shopping with them than with Sheer Cover or many drug store brands. The quality is definitely high end.
I've tried Bare Minerals and Sheer Cover and now use brands that are available on line that in my opinion are so much better than both B.E. and S.C.
Earthen Glow Minerals makes 2 foundations that I absolutely love. Youthful Glow and Cover Me. Both are excellent and you can get samples. They'll also send freebies to you after your first order if you don't get a perfect match the first go round. They custom blend too free of charge. This is my first choice.
Barefaced Minerals is another favorite. Beautiful coverage and lasts well.
Cory's is my third favorite. Samples here are super cheap and the coverage is excellent and lasts.
I use Bare Minerals and I absolutely love it. I bought the starter kit that is at Sephora. It is perfect because it comes with all the essentials for a flawless application. It includes 2 brushes, 2 foundations, a primer, and a bronzer. It is a bit pricey, but so worth it!
The mineral makeup that is in drugstores is okay. If you want to save money, you should try it. I found that personally the colors don't match my skin tone at all.
Hope this helps!
